A minimum of 10 charcters in a subject??

I cant create a post if the subject contains less than 10 characters. Please help me or I will not survive.

You can edit it by doing the following:

ACP=>General Tab=>Messages and Emails=>Configuration=>Topics=>Topics title length=>In the Minimum value field,type in a different number=>Save
