adding jaxtr or meebo

is it possible if i could add jaxtr or meebo on every members contact button? so, they could have private chat with other members. if not .. any suggestions which part of forum should i put the jaxtr .. just for a new widgets for the members .. thanks!

Do you want this as a link in a members profile? Like the 
buttons here on the forum?
