Admin rights to 2 members

On my forum I am trying to set one other person for full admin ability with me, and so far I have not had any luck doing this. Can you please advise me where I go to have another admin have complete access to the forum?

Please keep to the default font as Bold/Color is for staff members use only.

Usergroups on your navigation bar // Click Administration Group // Write Username in the add area // Add Member

To give them the rank of administrator

Admin Panel // User & Groups // Search User // Click on the user you want to give the rank to // Go all the way down till you see Rank // Click Drop Down Box // Click the rank you want to give the user // Save
