administation error

I can not open the control panel.I randomly deleted forum and after that, I got your message:
"You receive this automatic email because your account on "SVE O EHLUL BEJTU a.s." - http://ehlulbejt.forumactif.net has been deleted.You can contact the administrator to know why it has been deleted."
I contacted adminstrator but I have no answers.
attention:I paid 42 € four my credits,my domain name.
Yesterday I opened a new forum and today I can not open control panel.
Why?
Nothing i not touch the options contlol panel.
