You can create your widget and name it Affiliates.

For forum:
Administration Panel=>Modules Tab=>Portal & Widgets=>Forum widgets management=>Create new custom block=>Enter info,and use html for your widget image and link=>Save

For portal:
Administration Panel=>Modules Tab=>Portal & Widgets=>Portal management=>Choose a portal and press Structure=>Create new custom block=>Enter info,and use html for your widget image and link=>Save

When I try those steps and place it in, it makes everything all squished together. I'll keep trying.

You'll also have to move them by adding the widgets to a list,then drag them to where you want them...
