Which is good! Best free forums out there! By the way.....

It's DATA TRANSFER restrictions. The industry uses their terminology incorrectly.

Bandwidth describes how much information can travel through a connection at one time. For example. A "dial up" connection has a lower BANDWIDTH then a DSL connection.
