Chatbox??

I activated the chatbox on my forum...but the chatbox is nt showing..only a copy of the forum is showing on where the chatbox is supposted to be...i dont get it....Smebody please hhelp mee..

I was using internet explorer....when i looked at it on google chrome...i could see it...

It might Be, Like when you selected "yes" for your chatbox to be there, Did you Make it "at the Top Of the Hompage"? Or bottom, Your pick.
