Enter forum

Is there a way where i can make a forum that members have to reach that certain minimum of post to be able to enter?

I want to create a Media forum and I want my members to have at least 75 post to enter.

I think the only way to do that is to create a group and manually add members into the group when they reach the required number of posts.
when you create the forum set the permissions for that group.
