Heeeeeeeelp me please! Have i correctly bought the domain name i wanted?

Hi,

I am a little confused, can anyone help me please!

I registered a free trial website with forumotion.net, my site is called www.northernfords.forumotion.net and received an email sayin i need to purchase or my site will be automatically removed...

Now i have just purchased the .co.uk through doyourownsite.co.uk paying £5.88 a month, i think i have just changed the names over by telling them my old name and then what i would like it to be 'www.northernfords.co.uk

It says it will take 72hours to change over but then again it tells me to contact forumotion and tell them to change the IP address which i am confused how to?

Also when everything has gone through, when i type in www.northernfords.co.uk, will the forum appear that i created before and i dont have to start again?
