Help plz, forum adjusting

This probly sounds really mstupid to everyone, but I created a forum and I nd to create a category in it, I tried everything and it wont show. Can someone plz plz plz help me soon =( ? Crying or Very sad

i can Help Very Happy

1. Go 2 admin panel
2. Click on General
3. Categories and forums

and just read the stuff and it tells you like add link and stuff
