help with domain email

i have purchased a domain name and just set up one email address (admin@sampletrain.com)

when i try and go into either my profile throught the site or through ACP it says email address is invalid. It says the email is active when i go to Misc and look at it.

What am i doing wrong???

i would like for all guests/members to be able to contact me at admin@sampletrain.com and when i send newsletters that they will see admin@sampletrain.com

Can we see a screenshot of the "invalid" message, and to make sure, a screenshot of the Misc tab for webmail section.

When you send newsletters, your account email must be set to admin@sampletrain.com.

here is the error when i try and use this email for my profile. the email address is active and i have gotten mail in it.

*** also, i have another administrator that i want to be able to see the mailbox to check it as well, is there a way to do that. if not i think there should be with the option to hide from them.

UPDATE!!!! EDIT!!!!
i am using IE version 7 i believe... also, i sent an email to my personal email w/ admin@sampletrain.com and it worked. i tried to reply to that email and it sent it but admin@sampletrain.com never received it???????????

Are you using google chrome? Try another browser & it should work.

i updated my answer from yesterday morning anyone else know?? please, i really was counting on these

UPDATE- its called domain email because you would have needed to purchase the website in order to see it. you also have to be the founder of the site to see it.
