How can i add a crown

how can i add a crown next to somes name: for example its say Falcon on players online, how can i add a crown next to there name?

and also how can i change the rights for each rank? so for admin its everything for mod its some and ect?

Adding a crown can't be done with Forumotion

For the ranks are you talking about if you give mods the rights to change the ranks? If so it can't be done.

im saying like mods can baned GFX mods can only delte like mm post in gfx stuff like that.
