How do I add mods and html

Im just asking how to add mods and html stuff so i can add the copyright box and stuff like that...please help me
also, where is the user management located?

to add mods, go to admin panel>create groups for moderators that have mod function on all forums(check the moderation box when you are creating permission for every forums)>Save.

hmm, what do you mean about user management?. The copyright box can be searched in google(not know where is the specific locations), copy the html code of it then paste it on your homepage message.

I mean mods like chatbox mod and cool mods...user management, they told me if u want to make ur own ranks like 1 star 2 star, etc. u can add them by going to User Management, wheres that?

idk, but this site has a few threads by admins on how to add mods and put the guest box
(NEED TO KNOW HOW TO ADD HTML PLEASE!)

Do you mean HTML codes into posts, or create your own.

You can just type in the html code, or hit the relevant button just above the text editor

You cannot create your own.

EDIT: You may want to read up on the Frequently Asked Questions guide as it provides use tools and ways to answer your questions

Okay, its just that I don't know how to put html IN THE HOMEPAGE or any other place...like a guest book in homepage, chatbox in portal, stuff like that...

BUMP, for the User Management, they asked me to go there to upload my ranks...the rank pictures that I want to put under someones name, Forum-motion's default one is the stars + there are star wars etc.
