How do I make my board Private?

How do I make my board private so no one can see it but the portal!

Try putting your board on maintenance, by going to General => Configuration

And people won't access your forum, this also affect on the portals.

I want them to see the forum but I don't want them to see the rest of the board until they join because I don't want spies or things like that!

in your admin cp... go to
> general
> cathegories and forums
you have to change the permissions of every forum so that guests cannot view or read the different forums..
but only logged in members can...
or any groups of your choice

If you hate it here than leave there is nothing that is stopping you and from doing it. Also please don't post random things that are not related to support.
