Hello,

You can show your topics on portal, alternatively.
TO do it, you need to use 'News' widget.

Admin CP > Modules > Portal Management > Structure > Drag and Drop the 'News' widget.

Once done it, click on 'Modify' button of news widget and choose options that you want. Click save.
