How to change colour (in portal) ?

How to change this colour ?
see photo (red rectangle)



The colur (3D Gallery) is gray and its not visible in dark background, I want to add white colour, and I dont know where to add.

Admin pannel-Display-Colours-???

And how to place first portal category to center (3D Gallery) ?
