HOW TO MAKE NEW RANK TITLES?

hi! i'm new so i wanted to ask, how do you add new rank titles at the rank changer?

all i see is admin... no moderator or so on.
i add to the group list and still nothing happened.
i want my members with ranks to have a rank saying below their names...

plss help a noob out Crying or Very sad

go to admin panel--> rank administration--> add new rank

then


admin panel--> group administration-->add new group

add them by the SAME name, then just add the people to the group you want and then go to there profile and THEN towards the bottom choose the rank

Also Make Sure you have the make sure it is on advance.
