I'm admin but can't recover password

I'm admin but can't recover password

I tried and when I use my "admin" and email address for password recovery I get "The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security"

I even used password recovery from the email I got when I set the board up.

Okay So Can You Not Change Passwords ?
Because No on can Rcover a password Unless th Admin new It

I cannot access my site, it does not recognise me since the update, I am admin, but I have had to register as a member, which means I cannot manage my site at all.

Someone please help
