You can change your forum version here on forumotion at:
Admin panel >> Display ( Tab ) >> Choose a theme > Version > Selecting Phpbb2 & Save

Change the address of your forum?
Is that what you mean; if so: Admin panel >> General ( Tab ) >> Forum / forum address.

If you mean when u change the version of your forum:
It's automatic, you don't need to do anything and ur forum is viewable on the current address you have got.
