Keep Loosing Forum Domain Name

I have my own domain now, and I put it on the personalized domain form and submit it.
It works fine but just for one day. After that it resets for no obvious reasons to the default domain of the forum.

Does Anybody knows how to keep my domain not changing???

What I mean Is that I have to do Every day the last step taken from

Redirect an extern domain name that you own to your board
http://help.forumotion.com/frequently-asked-questions-f5/redirect-an-extern-domain-name-that-you-own-to-your-board-t7021.htm

for no obvious reason :S

I have changed the nameservers to my domain registar (domain resets)
I have changed the nameservers to forumotion (domain resets)

This is the configuration of my domain.... is there something wrong????
Or I have wasted money for fun???

Ι thin i found the problem....

In the administration panel

Credits management

* Spend credits
* Domain Name

You have currently 0 credits.

Currently, your forum address is : http://www.cosmopeople.biz
Your domain name expires in : -19 Ημέρα

www.cosmopeople.biz

For 1600 credits you can renew your actual domain name. You have -19 days to renew http://www.cosmopeople.biz.
At anytime you can delete your personalized domain name and retrieve your default domain name : http://cosmopeople.own0.com

Your origin domain name is http://cosmopeople.own0.com.

IT seems that the forum adress is reseting because i have the same domain again but from another registar! It thinks that it is -19 days over but it shouldnt do that!!!

Probably that is why it is redirecting my forwradind to the directory of forums!!!!!

Well not sure about the problem where it renews you too earl,y but you wouldn't happen to be visiting your site through a bookmark would you? In that case, you just need to re-bookmark your new domain mae. although, I'm most likely not understanding you correctly, so I'll butt out.

Well no i use the regular address of the forum. I had a domain name from forumotion, and when it expired i purchased the domain from forumotion. After that the domain workd for about 24 hours or less..

after that it returns back to its forumotion domain and the purchased one is pointing to a forumotion search engine saying "this forum does not exist etc!!!!!!!!!!

After that i navigate to the domain configuration of my forum administration an setup the domain again until next day Sad

I did that and i was given the nameservers of forumotion. It did not work!

Typlos gone until the 16, as I saw a mod post.

hmm......

while cosmopeople.biz has records on my nameserver
www.cosmopeople.biz has records on forumotion nameservers!!!

can someone look if the zone records are deleted?
