Legends next to topics

I'm trying to remove the "named" moderator from beside each forum and just have them as legends at the bottom of the forum
anyone got any ideas?
I can either have each moderator on show or no moderators showing but then they loose their powers..

Admin Panel>>Display Tab>>Under Homepage>> * Structure and hierarchy>>Go down till you see Hierarchy>>Find Display forum moderators :>>No>>Save
