Need a login popup???

hi ya..my login popup is showing like that:

i want to show it like that it is on http://www.hidecodesgalore.org/forum.htm :

i.e i want to put that option that guests can put their used id + password on the login popup,not by clicking on login button first to give username and password ...... plus i dont want "dont display button" i want cross like it has in

Lately I found a script, I thinks was JavaScript.
Is will popup a full page.

By the way, you can change the google search engine homepage to your HTML page.
You can create a HTML page via A.C.P.

On the top where says 'skip this content', you can replace a image with a cross image, please keep the height same due to over size image.

And put this into the HTML to make a login box.

Sorry that I could not find a smaller version of the skip box, it was a nice try of looking for one.
