Need help with BackGround Music

If possible plz post an easy guide about the Background music...i am totaly new to all this...i tryed on my own but nothing happened..and i cant even find the directory
Admin pannel => general => Homepage
maybe its for phpBB 3 (because i use phpBB 2)
plz,any help is needed....
