Notification

I am no longer receiving email notification of new postings in the forum or when a new member registers. Is there something that can be turned off to prevent this feature from working correctly? When another admin was in the forum it worked when the signed out it stopped. is there a way to know what changes have been made and by who?

you can check what the other admin did by admin panel --> general --> security --> administration
