Person from Uruguay, South America country cannot register

Hello:

I have my group for more than 1 year now.
Few problems down the line, but so far the BEST SERVICE IN THE WEB.
I am very happy with Forumotion.

Now, I have a person that lives in Uruguay, a country in South America and she cannot
register in my group.

Thanks for your reply.

After she agrees to the Terms, the page doesnt move.

Then, she changed User ID and email and still the same.

Can you please check if the user is inactive in the admin panel via:
Admin panel >> Users & Groups ( Tab ) >> Inactive users.
If their account name / email address is there, then activate them and they'll be ready to post Smile
