Plz enter here as fast as you can

i want to change my forum from www.ahlamontada.com/ to www.forumotion.com how i can do this or if i can't plz delete my user and then i can do another one at forumotion.com & there are an anouncement at my forum i don't want it Sad

he is wanting to take his current forum from the first link listed and move it to the forumotion database, basically he wants his forum setup with forumotion and not his current one, and dont want to lose all his info and whats setup that he has now.
