Private/More Chatboxes

Is there a way to put chat boxes into different sections of the forums, like, have one on the main page available to members, one on the admin only page so only admins could see it, and one on the mods section, etc..??

Well whats a mods section, you mean a forum?
If so then you can make a post with the html code from xat.com chatbox.

You cannot do it with the forumotion default chatbox.
