Problem with Auto Activation

hello Folks,

I have enabled auto activation for new members joining in ! But when they enter the confirmation code they always get a incorrect code when they click submit. I mean they have tried in both combinations : upper case as well as lower case as well as a combination of both ! Is there a problem with auto activation ?

Try Re activating it. By Click on something else hit save and go back and click Auto Activation.

Also Try Resynchronize your forum

By Admin Panel>>General>>Configuration>>Look for Resynchronize your forum :>>Click Yes>>Save

First of all, it can't be all upper case all lower case. I am sure they are entering the confirmation code correctly. Its a mix of upper & lower case letters.

i just made a account with the username test, it asks only for confirmation code of your password. Do they enter it correctly?

cause i turned off the auto activation ! I mean i just cant turn on a system which doesn't work properly. Please guys look in to the issue. As i have paid money to remove ads and took a domain name from u guys !

Guyz i resnychronized the forums , did what you people told me to do. I just cant turn on auto activation since i might loose potential members when they come to my site. Thats why i need you people to get it clear from ur side. Please i need a reply Smile

Users & groups>Users options
New accounts activation :Auto activation
Save.

just how many times i should reply you people back that even if i turn on Automatic activation its not working cause it says that the confirmation code that i have entered is correct ! Please read the posts above ! I have mentioned my issues. Please sort this issue guyz. Smile

The first thing is that we aren't God's that control the forum so that the glichs can be fixed. I will go and asked the other staff members about this and see if the techs are warned about it. Please wait till I get any infomation back.

This a Forumotion Forum as I don't see a like anywhere on the bottom of the footer saying Forumotion.
