Resetting a user

Someone registered on my forum, but I deleted the email that I would use to activate them. They cannot re-register because the email is already on file. Is there someway to locate them and activate or reset them without that email?

If you go to Users and groups
Under the menu tab Users on the left
scroll down to inactive users
find their user name and click on activate.
