how to i set the newsletter in order to send only to my forums's members that still have no post?
what is inactive users?

Alrighty,
Ap==>Users and Groups==>Handle Users==>

Make sure the following is bubbled in:
You wish to::inform

Leave the next to blank and put 1 in the "they have less than" field.

It will bring you a up a list of people with 0 posts. Click inform and an email will be sent to the inactive members


2: An inactive member is somebody who hasn't logged in for a certain amount of time or a person who has minimal posts.

Inactive users are members of your forum that does not log in for a long time in your forum.

To send members that don't post an email,please do the following:

ACP=>Users & Groups Tab=>Users=>Handle users=>Management=>

~Inform
~Set the other options to what you want

=>Generate the users list

You'll view the userlist then you can mark/unmark any of the inactive users

You can alow change the email that your inactive users will recieve

=>When your done,hit the Inform button,
