Shoutbox creating problem since 3-4 days... ???

My shoutbox was ok till 1 week ago, but now a days i'm having troubles with it.
Members can see the messeges when posted, it appears after 2-3 minutes... also while chatting, the shoutbox goes to the top of the messeges... anyone else havin the same problem ???
