Help Needed About Credit

I cant make new Forum or Category. Also i cant do something more. If i wants to do that - thn am getting an error message. And that message says me - i cant do it now. If i wants to do these - thn i have to use credit. And i dont have credit now. Coz, it shows me - You have currently 0 credits. So - I have to buy.
But when i was ready to buy 500 - thn i saw, Only PayPal and allopass. But, i dont have PaPal account and also i dont have allopass. I have only Credit Card like master visa.
Also forumotion doesnt accept my country
What can i do now ???

If you want to pay by credit card you can click on paypal and pay without making an account, I did so, also.
BUT!
You don't need to buy credits for making forums and categories. That's for free. Talk to Typlo if you have that problem while you are at:
Admin Panel -> Forum -> Management
