Unable to log in to rescue tools!

I can't manage my forum databases or anything located at rescue tools. It needs me to log in with username and password I made when I created the forum but it constantly reports wrong username or password and I simply know it can't be that since I have the same problem on my other board as well. Can someone help me with this, please? I'm using Firefox, latest edition, cookies are being accepted, ZoneAlarm as personal firewall and it's not blocking anything since I have the same problem even if I disable it.

@ Adiex: I read the first, it doesn't give me anything on username or password being "incorrect". As for the other link, I didn't forget my password.

@ Luka: Thanks, that solves it, it didn't say the username is actually the e-mail address I used for signing up. Much appreciated.
