I added a chatbox, the "who is online" is back!

hey, i have just activated my chat box. and now, it shows the "who is online" section at the top of my chatbox.
how do i get rid of that?
I just want the chatbox, and dont want to see the "who is online" part.

Go to admin panel=>General=>Homepage=>Hierarchy and look for this option "Display viewonline information box on index" and choose Never.

its already ticked.
it was perfect intill i put the chatbox on. and then the "who is online" section comes back on. Sad
