is it possible to......
hiya.
i run a clan and we mainly play call of duty 4 on the ps3, anyways, i have 3 teams and i want each team to have its own section that only that team members can access, i already have a mods section that only the mods can see, but i dont want to give the team members moderator access, unless i can control the sections of the forum they can access. hope that makes sense.
ta for any assistance,

Re: is it possible to......
Hello,
If it were my forums, I would create a separate group for each team and then set the permissions so that each group had their private section of the forums (which would be hidden from all the other users)
To create a group, go to: Administration Panel > Users & Groups > Groups > Click 'Create new group'. Once the new group is created, go into its permissions and edit their permissions accordingly.
Next (pending that you already have their section set up), go into the forum permissions section. Go to: Administration Panel > Forum > Permissions > Select the first forum in their designated section. Now make sure that the check marks only appear for that particular group, clear all the others.

Foxy.....
I would suggest that you edit your email address out of your username and posts if you don't want to risk a load of spam emails.

You will have to get in contact with one of the Administrators of the Board and politely ask them to change it.
