how can i attaced an image on my forum in a post

Hello
how can i attach an image with a post on my forum?
users are not allowed to attach an image with his or her post how can it posible?

I personally use photobucket.com but you can use others like tiny pic. Just upload the picture and then get the IMG code, copy, then paste into a post. Then your pic will be there

thanks for quick rply but my problem is that i or any other user cant attach an imag on the forum page which we use for new post or reply to post like this

Make sure you have "Allow BBCode" set to Yes from admin panel=>Users & Groups=>Users=>User settings. Also check your profile from Profile=>Preferences tab (from your nav bar) and make sure you have "Always allow BBCode :" option set to Yes. Then try to post an image in a topic by typing this code
