Plz help with puting Global Moderator and others

plz someone tell me how can i create Global Moderator and how to put in the Legend forum member or king of forum or something like that plz help

I think you could try using the default Moderator usergroup and edit its name to Global Moderator, or create another usergroup - name it Global Moderator - and set its permissions to be able to moderate all forums.

now I have a problem about this: how do I hide the "Moderators: Global Moderators" in all forums? This doesn't show up in www.duelzone.org/forums.php but shows up in my forums; and it's obvious that the Global Mods moderate everything >.<
