loggin problems

hi
sir: this is http://aaptek.4forum.biz i have 3 connection i mean 3 ip address ( this ip 192.168.1.3 ) now only shows banned msg
of the forum of all system same this ip 192.168.1.3 this is a my permanent office that's a my pblm other
connection are good working this is a my b my faults pls clear and help me
