User has a log in/registration problem

I just created my board and a new user is telling me that he tries to register or log in and it just sends him back to the login page, like a loop. So he can't actually register..if anyone can help that would be great. I don't want it to happen to other users. Thanks

I did not face that problem, ask the user to try it with firefox.

Okay, will do. The thought crossed my mind that he only said that because he didn't really want to register and didn't know how to tell me.. But its not like I was trying to force him to lol..I'll see if he can get in on firefox.
