I would like to know how I can impose partial ban on some members, so that they are prohibited only in some forums, but not the whole board. Is it possible?

if i (as administrator) add a member to the administrator group what is the different to me? i see in AP the new admin can not "deletion forum" and he can not delete the real admin in the "groups" but he can add more members to admin group.
