Request Banner & Header Button for my forum

This is for my forum banner

Nature of the creation : YOUR INFOS HERE
Creation size (in pixels) : width:800px height:200px
With or without animation : No animation please
Background color : i think blue willl be nice (if you think another color more suitable so i leave to u to decide)
