a full review needs a requirement of 75 members

you can request 3 areas to be reviewed because you only have 70 members

Please, try not to get an attitude with someone that's willing to do your forum's review for free. Registering those fake accounts is okay, it doesn't matter to us. What matters is that you have the precise requirements in order to get a free forum review. Wink

Anyway, good luck with the review, zoids. Smile

Generalities

  1. First Impressions (Score:17/20):When i first opened the site, I saw 2 welcome messages on the first homepage, nice work there, it shows that you care for your guests and members however, that homepage is not that looking good and organized its because of the sizes of the pictures there are not having the same shapes and sizes, may i suggest you to have all of the display pictures and messages there having the same shapes(try also reducing the size of the big picture of the girl there) and remove the white colors on the borders of the welcome messages there, the background of the 1st homepage is good and looks clean with the display messages/pictures there. The 2nd homepage also looks good and has the links where guests and members should go, you can also try having background on the 2nd homepage because it looks empty without having any background there. When i came up on the portal, i saw a nice and calming colors and atmosphere on it, the portal looks organized with less widgets on it, but it will look more good if you will place the 'news' widget on column2(middle) than at the top widget, when i came up on the forum's index, i also saw welcome messages on it, i also liked the graphics of the forum, the widgets on the index looks organized but the index is a bit long, the forum also looks inactive because some forums are having less posts. Still nice on your first impressions

  2. Categories & Forums (Score:7/10):The number of forums and category is just perfect with the population and active members of your forum, i suggest you to bring up the "greet yourself" forum so new members can find it more easily and it will look more professional, the descriptions of every forums are also nice and i can easily identify what's the use of every forum. The forum that is not having any posts is 'Member Blogs', may i suggest you to hide it or make it a subforum of a certain forum because it makes your forum inactive and guests don't like it, you can bring it up again if it will gain posts, these are the forums that are having less posts: 'The Market Place', 'The Trading Post', 'Problem's With CFS Network's', 'CFS Cash', 'Toolbar Talk', 'CFS Text Alerts' and 'CFS Answer's', I'd seen that there are too much of your forums having less posts, as much as possible, make some of your forums a subforum of a certain forum or combine forums to make your forum look active, having great amount forums shown in the index will make your forum inactive and guest will most likely go away. Otherwise, all of the forums seems to be in good place and easy to see(except the introduction forum which is namely 'greet yourself'). Fix the things i mentioned.

Forum Style

  1. Banner & Navigation Bar (Score:7/10):
Banner-The banner looks brilliant! It relates to your forum's main subject, i liked the banner's design and color, it really looks calming and it fits with your forum's theme. Very clean banner.(5/5)

Navigation Bar-The navigation bars(home, search, faq, groups, etc) are good and partners with the forum's theme and colors, it also looks clean. The navigation bars(new topic&add reply) are also good but they don't partner with the other navigation bars and colors on your forum, its because the navigation bars(new topic&add reply) are having both white colors on them while the other navigation bars are having blue colors, may i suggest you to partner all the navigation bars in comes of colors and styles at the same time they should partner with the forum's theme and color so your forum will look well designed.(2/5)

  2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score:9/10):Nice lay out, I'm also impressed with the colors of the forum, its very calming and it looks clean, the colors are so smooth but as i scroll down on the index, i can barely read the texts on the very bottom part, may i suggest you to make the color of the background more lighter(example: make it like cyan, light blue, or sky blue) so the index will not look dark. Nice work here.

  3. Images & Icons (Score:7/10):I'm also impressed with the graphics of the forum mainly with the banner and the images on every forums. The images on every forums on the index looks good, the images on the forums relates with every forums on the index, they are also having the same styles and sizes, nice work. The icons 'new post', 'no new post' and 'forum is locked' are also good, partners with the forum's theme and colors plus they are having the same styles and they are easy to be noticed. The 'who is online?' icon is also good, it had the same styles with the forum icons, The topic icons are confusing, first, the topic icons 'new post' and 'new post[popular]' are both having the same icons, the same with 'no new post' and 'no new post[popular]', and also the topic icons 'new post[locked]' and 'no new post[locked]' , you need to fix the images on your topic icons, but nice work on graphics.

Population & Groups

  1. Staff Population (Score:9/10):There are 3 administrators which is considered 'many' for a forum having only 72 members and a fairly active forum, i suggest you to hide atleast 1 of the admins or move 1 of them in a mod group because guests don't like seeing a forum having more than 2 admins, a popular forum works usually with 2 admins only but if you think the forum is hard to control, you can have a maximum of 3. There are no moderators, the members in the staff group are the admins itself, nice amount of staff, you just need to reduce 1 admin on your forum.

  2. Staff Groups / User Groups (Score:6/10):I've counted a total of 10 groups, 3 for staff groups(not including vip group) and 7 for others, but I'm just wondering why you have a group of 'staff'?, as I'd seen, the group 'staff' are the admins and the moderators, may i suggest you to just hide that group because it will just be a waste of space and i guess everyone will know who admins and moderators because they also have 'legend colors', I also don't get the point of having a group for 'previous member of the month', you can just hide it to save more space anyway members might not care for who's the previous member of the month, and you can also try hiding the the 'member' group as i don't get the point of having it, guests who will register on your forum will always know that they are a member of your forum. The groups 'Staff', 'NPC/Bots' and 'Previously staff' are almost having the same colors on their 'legend color', Try having different colors on that groups to reduce confusion. Hiding the groups i mentioned before will save you more space.

If i were to divide the posts to the members, each members will get 20 and that's good, I'd seen 2 forums having the latest post made today and 2 forums having the latest post made yesterday, nice work, but most of the forums are having the latest post made last October 31 to November 4. Just keep creating topics to maintain your good activity.

  2. Users Active (Score:10/10):According to the statistics, there are 32 users being most online and that's brilliant! I'd counted 10-13 members being connected last 72 hours, still good and I'd seen almost all of the staff being logged, nice work, Send out weekly newsletters to get the inactive members back.
