Normally, you'll only have one member analysing a forum, so the outcome should be the first one.

We selected members to have more or less the same rating anyways, so the contrast should never be so high Wink

First impression: I noticed banner that doesn't fit with header background. Then, the navigation bar that is on blue background. Also, one widgets goes out of line of forum.

Advice: Use banner that has same backgound color as header. It will make the banner flexible and changing to any widith for any screen. Delete the line under the navigation bar!

Score: 10/15

Layout:

Images: Banner and navigation bar are a major problem. It looks fine but It doesn't fit well. Navigation bar is nice but It doesn't need the background. Icons for new and old posts are quite fine.

Advice: Change the banner and fix the navigation problem.

Score: 10/15

Colors: There are to many colors. Some of those are bad. I don't like the border that sorounds the categories. As I stated before, remove the color behind the navigation.

Advice: Fix what I stated

Score: 9/15

Categories: Nice organization of categories. I like nice and short index. Very good! But still there is qute a big number.

Advice: None yet

Total score for layout: 28/40

Activities:

Members: I do like the number. And also the post ratio. There are many active members that post. But, some just log in to see what's new and not posting even a comment.

Advice: Send the newsletter about forumansion news. It will bring back old users. Affilitation with other forums is the best way of advertising. Get more of those!

Score: 12/15

Staff: There are too many of you. Forum is not that big so It doesn't need that amount of staff members. Some of them are serious. You have small amount of spammers that should be warned.

Advice: Well organization is nice. Try not adding to much staff to the forum before it grows more.

Score: 11/15

Statistics: i see nice numbers. More than 140 users and 13000 posts. Make sure those are not spam. Congratulations.

Advice: Advertise more.

Score: 9/10

Languige: No SMS language... It is good. This gives the thought of professional forum. Keep it up!

Score: 5/5

Total activities score: 36/45

Nice organization. Nice statistics and members. Try to work on layout and you will improve fast! Kepp up. The layout has ruined the whole impression of the forum. It is the biggest thing you should work on!

If a member does the review, does it make it complete? Or does a Reviewer have to come to review your forum?

Yes, any member.

It depends. You can tag a review at anytime as long as no other user doesn't have it tagged. The average review takes about 2 hours, but that depends as well because you might want to go deep into your review.

Thanks Vejiko, that's what I wanted to know. I didn't apply as Reviewer because I was (and still) very busy doing what's left in my todo-list regarding non-Forumotion things. But knowing I can do review, I won't hesitate to give a hand in reviews as simple member since I was reviewer on a forum directory board in the past and I've got much knowledge in graphics.

If you create a good review then we do not have to. We will read it and comment it. Maybe we will add some new suggestions that you didn't... that's all...
