.Forum Activity and Member Population(7/10):Relevant to the population of your forum, there are plenty enough of posts on every forum on your index, but these are the forums not having any posts: 'Veteran and Contributions Lounge' and 'Blog Section', those forums are having 0 post which makes the forum inactive, the forum that is having less posts is 'Scientific Discoveries', you'll just need to post on that forums or just make them a subforum of a forum for the meantime. I'd seen that there are 2 forums having the latest post made 'yesterday', nice work, but most of the forums are having the latest post made last October 4 to November 6 but its a good start you're having plenty enough of posts on every forum, you'll just need to create interesting topics and bump old topics to keep the forum running. The forum looks active even though you only have 16 members, keep promoting your site to gain more members

.Post Member Ratio and Quantity(9/10):According to the statistics, there 495 messages posted on the forum, quite nice for your forum having only 15 members(not including myself), as I'd mentioned above, most of the forums are having the latest post last October. If i were to divide the posts to the members(not including myself), each members will get 33 posts, that's brilliant! Just keep creating topics so members can get their post number up.

.Users Active(4/10):According to the statistics, there are 4 users being most online out of 15 members, quite nice. Out of 15 members, there are 2 members being connected last 24 hours, that's bad. To keep the members from coming back, have some posting games, contests and interesting topics. It is also normal for a forum having 70-80% of their members being inactive, I'd seen that your moderator(only staff, except you) has logged last 24 hours, nice work, your moderator shows that he/she cares on your forum. Send out weekly newsletters about the latest updates on your forum to get the inactive members back.

.Staff Population(10/10):I'd seen you have nice amount of staffs, 1 for administrator(which is you), 1 for moderator, the graphic designer is the moderator itself, no members for technical executive group, brilliant! No need of hiring more staffs for now, if you realize that the forum is harder to control then you can hire more staffs. Perfect!

.Usergroups(9/10):There are 7 groups shown on the index, 4 for staff status and 3 for others. Now, what i don't get is having usegroups namely 'Contributors' and 'Vip', the group of contributors is for the members who will donate on the forum and the group of Vip is for spacial people, may i suggest you to just combine these 2 groups because they almost had the same use, you can save more space if you do this, the colors of every groups seems readable.
