Navbar is good, but ranks are much better. Icons look great.

I like navbar much more than the ranks, probably because of the "shine" effect at the top of them...

♣ Nice that you made aqua style, havent seen much of those lately
♣ Very clear text and font, i like it, thats a plus
♣ Yellow on blue doesnt look that bad as well
♣ Nice that you made a lot of ranks
♣ Perhaps a little short, but looks ok
♣ Nice shape, they are kinda giving an impression of 3D ( not totally looking like pictures )
♣ Very nice icons, modern
♣ I clarify this, as your best work so far
