Adobe Photoshop CS4

Post by Beno on October 31st 2008, 4:34 am

First topic message reminder :

Hi,

I have created this topic for people to talk about Adobe Photoshop cs4.

I purchased it 3 weeks ago for my birthday; I bought it for £165 from a student discount company. Because of it being a student licence on it obviously i would have to contact Adobe with my details and proof I’m a student.

So I proved to Adobe i was a student and they provided me with a serial number for the software, but when i entered the code into the software I got a huge red cross. We emailed them back to let them know it didn’t work and no reply for a week so this week as i was on a break from school I got my dad to phone adobe up. He was in the cue for 1 hour and then tried another support number. We didn’t get anywhere in the end so my dad found a number for the adobe head office in
London. We took our case very seriously as we'd spent the whole morning on the phone and not got anywhere. So at 6:00 we got a call from Adobe Technical support to try and help us, we went through all the obvious question then told us to uninstall and when we reinstall it to make sure that we put English International instead of English US and i worked!!!

I have posted this so if any people are experiencing these problems to try this method.

Although ive had these problems, Adobe Photoshop CS4 is just brilliant they've changed the interface so it looks now like this,

So anyone wondering weather to change DO!!

Has anyone bought CS4 or downloaded the free trail?

Thanks,
Beno

All my relative are using my Photoshop program, Microsoft word program, some even use my virus protection, and my whole neighborhood use my wireless internet service and everyone is happy. You got problem w/ that?

If I tell it to the police see what they will say. You'll be fined
