Banner Needed!

We and I At tutszone (www.tutszone.forumotion.net) will need a banner, to replace the > arrow logo.

The Graphic Commander is still can be used buts its not a Offical Rule.

EDIT

WOW I just looked at the rules again and it does state you must use it. It must of been updated when I lasted Checked it.
