Racing flag theme needed..I am a newb..no idea how to do it..

Hey Roomies..

I no nothing of making a skin..Is there anyone that would help me create a racing theme?..Nothing major fancy, just some checkered flag buttons ect..
Please I will beg on knees...lol

Theme requests are no longer available on the support forum.

Luckily I have made a racing theme before... one of my first...
