Ranks

I need several ranks

They have to be gray/white
Have rounded corners
and have little images on the left hand side

The ranks are:
VIP Member (picture of a star to the left)
Administrator (picture of a crown to the left)
Proministrator (picture of a different crown to the left)
ProMod (picture of a shield to the left)
Promoter (picture of a megaphone to the left)
Packager (picture of a package to the left)
Reviewer (picture of a notepad and pencil to the left)
Graphic Designer (picture of a paint brush to the left)
Banned (picture of an X to the left)

No Rok they are for my forum

And Incredible they are good but they have to be gray/white, make the text darker, put the text to the right hand side and make it bigger and thicker and bring the icons down a bit
