what do u mean?
do u want to post videos at ur forum?
its easy
enable the html system
at the admin panel>>>general>>>messages and emails>>>enable html
and
profile>>prefences>>enable that html one
then go to youtube/dailymotion or one that provide embed code for videos
paste it
